  Turned up for my flight, business lounge closed. Refer you to the first class lounge... closed. Not because of covid just because they can't be bothered opening. Rang to see if I could get into another lounge...2 hour wait time on calls. Just ridiculous.

  Advise from mark from qantas freight before passengers.. Waited for over an hour for my luggage at an empty airport.. Because freight had to be unloaded first.. New policy or sheer incompeyence

  Great view, great service. Decent food. Slightly prefer the Etihad lounge for the space and amenities, but nothing to sneeze at.

  Very impressed with the lounge. A fantastic escape from the usual madness of an international airport! The food and drinks on offer were perfect, staff were helpful, the ambiance was delightful. After such a memorable 'first time' I am seriously considering joining the 'club' even though the membership fee's are on the high side? We will see?
