  Food is OK. Service is desperately slow.
  
  Ordered coffee, orange juice and two breakfast burritos.
  
  The burrito took 12 mins to arrive - even though they were ready to go in the bay Marie. Something not right with the processes.
  
  If in a hurry - be aware.
  
  4 star coffee. 4 star food.

  Would be nice if they can smile to their customers. Plus well over priced, I just purchased a small coffee (with an extra shot) for $6.15

  Food cold and expensive.
  Ordered TOASTED croissants and they were barely warm outside but cold inside, they weren’t toasted as asked
  Got an ice latte in a cupboard cup..which the lid even didn’t fit and spilled when drinking.

  The bread size doesn't match the jaffle iron used. You can only order exactly what is already made no add ons. The jaffles were actually good but very expensive considering what you get and there are no cutlery options which we needed as we were sharing and the jaffle did not have a split point as pictured, taste was great though

  I order flat white medium this morning around 6.15 am and it’s super hot no one can’t even sip till 10 am. have to through it after 15 mins and buy another one.. such a terrible experience
